Marlon Bustamante was part of the Manos Scholarship Program from 7th grade all the way to college. He graduated in 2015 from the Universidad Zamorano with a degree in Agronomy Engineering. Currently he is working at the Banco Hondureño para la Producción y la Vivienda as a general manager. His main role is to oversee and approve micro loans for farmers in the region of El Paraiso. Marlon has a side business with his brother exporting produce. They were able to get their produce packing and distributing company (called Roma) approved and are trying to export ginger and taro root into the United States.
